If you have a question please use the enquiries email address that can be found on the "Contact Us" Page.  We will reply to you as soon as we can.

In the meantime, here are some answers to questions that most people seem to ask: -

  • Q: After I order how long will it be before I receive my computer System?
  • A: As all our Systems are built to order we aim to ship the product within 10 working days.  You will need to allow the extra time for the shipping you specified in your order.
  • Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my System?
  • A: If you have any problems at all please contact us at enquiries@pcbuilda.co.uk
  • Q: What if my System is dead on arrival?
  • A: Please ensure that you have connected all the cables to the computer as described in the documentation you received. If it is indeed "dead" please email us at enquiries@pcbuilda.co.uk quoting your order number and we will arrange for your system to be collected and a replacement supplied.  We insure all our shipments but occasionally they do get damaged in transit.  Please ensure you retain all original packaging for the return journey. 
  • Q: Can I specify alternative components to those you are using?
  • A: If you have a specific request - by all means ask on enquiries@pcbuilda.co.uk and we will look into it.  The answer is probably yes provided it is compatible. We will supply a quote for you based on your requirements.
  • Q: What if I don't know what I want?
  • A: If you are not comfortable with the "techie" bits please let us know what you want your computer system to do.  Based on this we will give you a list of options.
  • Q: Why don't you supply a Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor as standard?
  • A: These items comform more closely to peoples' personal requirements.  "One size" does not always suit.
  • Q: Why don't you supply an operating system as standard?
  • A: You may already have purchased an operating system licence or want to use something we don't currently supply.  Even with Microsoft there are so many flavours that we feel it is best for you to have the ultimate choice.
  • Q: I need technical support - what do I do?
  • Q: You are covered for telephone or email support for the duration of your warranty.  Email us at support@pcbuilda.co.uk
  • Q: How do I get onto the Internet?
  • A: You will need to register with an ISP (Internet Service Provider).  Your computer is equiped with network connectivity to use broadband via cable modem or ADSL router.  Your ISP will give you instructions on how to connect to their service and many will do a home install for you.
